Manage Billing & Subscription

ToolboxAI's AI features are locked until your org is subscribed. Subscribing and managing your subscription both happen from inside Salesforce — there's no separate account portal to sign up on first.

Subscribe​

If you haven't subscribed yet, you'll see this as the Subscribe step in the Setup Assistant, or you can get to it directly:

  1. Go to App Launcher → ToolboxAI → Settings tab → Billing.
  2. Click Subscribe. This opens Stripe checkout in a new tab, linked to this specific Salesforce org.
  3. Complete checkout in the Stripe tab, then return to Salesforce.

Activation can take a minute​

Subscribing doesn't unlock AI features instantly — Salesforce has to hear back from Stripe asynchronously, which can take up to a minute. While that's happening you'll see Activating your account — this can take a minute.... If it's still not done after a minute, you'll see Still finishing up — this can take a few minutes, with a Check Again button. Click it to re-check rather than assuming something went wrong — this delay is expected, not an error.

Manage an existing subscription​

Once subscribed, use the same Billing page to manage payment and invoices — no need to contact support for routine changes.

  1. Go to App Launcher → ToolboxAI → Settings tab → Billing.
  2. Click Manage Billing to open Stripe's billing portal, where you can update your payment method, view invoices, or manage your subscription.

The Subscription Status on this page shows Active once your org is licensed, or Not Subscribed if it isn't yet.
