Salesforce Installation

Once you have clicked "Install ToolboxAI" in our onboarding email, you will see this screen:

Package Installation​

  1. Enter the installation key included in the onboarding email.
  2. Choose Install for Admins Only and click Install. Salesforce will ask you to confirm third-party access — approve it so ToolboxAI can call the OpenAI/Claude APIs you connect later. Installation can take a few minutes.

You can wait for installation on the page or wait to receive an automated email from Salesforce confirming the ToolboxAI package has been installed. You may be sent to the Installed Packages list page after installation, but there is no further action to take there.

Once installation is complete, continue to the next step.

Go to ToolboxAI​

  1. Once installation is complete, open the Salesforce org.
  2. Click the App Launcher (the grid icon in the top left) and search for ToolboxAI.
  3. Click the ToolboxAI app tile to open it.

Follow our Setup Assistant​

  1. You should see our Setup Assistant automatically if this is your first time opening the app. If not, click Setup Assistant in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  2. Complete the steps in the Setup Assistant, and then return to these steps.

Congrats! Once the Setup Assistant is complete, you are all set to start using ToolboxAI to extract basic fields, ask questions with business context, and summary records!

To further customize ToolboxAI to extract more fields, summarize with more of your business context and choose different models, continue to the next step.
