Organization Configuration

We built ToolboxAI to let teams utilize AI out of the box as fast as possible. That said, organization configuration can make our AI tools even more useful to your business.

Configure Fields for Extractor​

Our field extractor can be customized to pull any fields from any object in your Organization to suit your business' unique needs.

  1. Go to the Salesforce Setup
  2. Go to Object Manager, and select the object (standard or custom) you want to configure Extractor for.
  3. Go to the Field Sets tab.
  4. If you see "Toolbox__Extractor_Fields", open it. If not, click "new" and create a new field set named "Toolbox_Extractor_Fields".
  5. Add the fields you want extracted for that object to that field set by dragging the fields to the layout below.

  1. RecordAI will now extract fields for that object from the record pages it was added to.
  2. Repeat steps 2 through 6 for all Objects you want to configure.
