Set Up Team Permissions
ToolboxAI ships with two premade permission sets that control what your users can do with AI features. Assign these in Salesforce Setup — there's nothing to configure inside ToolboxAI itself.
Add AI to pages
ToolboxAI's AI features live inside a RecordAI component that you drop onto pages using Salesforce's Page Builder (Lightning App Builder). You can add it to a specific object's record page, to a Home page, or to any App page.
ToolboxAI Data Options
ToolboxAI → Settings → Data Settings has three toggles that control what data ToolboxAI pulls in and how it's handled before it's sent to an AI provider.
Configure Field Extractor
The Extractor tool reads a record (and its activity history) and fills in fields on that record automatically. Configuring it has two parts: choosing which fields it's allowed to extract, and choosing which model powers it.
